Create File Box always opens

Hi. I'm trying to convert a word document to pdf programmatically using BullZip PDF printer. This works but the issue is that everytime I convert a document the Create File Box always opens up. I've already specified the output folder and set the showsaveas = never in the settings.ini but it still opens up. I can't have this happening as I'm hosting this on the server and its supposed to automatically save the pdf into a folder. Please help. Its rather urgent.
