FEATURE REQUEST: progress bar

When converting large documents, once the conversion process is started, there's no way to tell that the process is going on: no window with a "please wait" information, no progress bar, no system tray icon...

Would be possible to have a window with a progress bar or a tray icon with a ballon tip display during conversion? Most of my co-workers don't use bullzip because they say that "it hangs", but most of the times it's only taking long to convert a complex document, and the lack of feedback makes them think it crashed...
