How to use merge feature

Hello,

I am using this for the first time, I downloaded it because I read about the merge feature. I am not a programmer, though I have a pspad I use for html edits and I am very computer saavy. I am on vista home premium.

I am opening my file in Adobe Reader 8, and I see the advanced printer properties for bullzip, but nothing about the merge feature.

I am confused by the instructions at http://www.bullzip.com/products/pdf/doc/info.php I cannot find a settings.ini file in an application data folder, or anything that appears associated with bullzip. I don't understand the thing about how to edit them. The options sound great. How do I access them? (Why isn't this just a print dialogue setting!?)

I don't know what a config utility or a COM interface are. Nor do I know how to get an ActiveX COM interface. What is all this stuff, I just want to use a program - not write one...

Can anybody please spell it out for me, and walk me through the process once?

I received an email telling me there was a response to this thread on 2-13 at http://www.bullzip.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=4665#4665, but it seems there is not really.

Is there a merge feature? Can it work?
