Please help!!

PDF Printer works great, BUT is there a way to get rid of the URL on top right and the title on top right? I tried putting the fields blank but it still puts them into my PDF!

Just like in this picture....

Take a look at the "Header and Footer" section in the File->Page Setup menu.

I cant find a 'file' menu. The only menus I can find are: "General, Dialogs, Document, Watermark, Merge, Security, Other, and About".

It's a menu in the Internet Explorer.
