I cann't install version 4.0.0.568 in vista x64 sp1

Hi.I learn your program pdf printer from www.start64.com.I think it must be g great one because it is a free pdf printer!

My OS is vista ultimate x64 sp1 Chinese version.First I install GPL Ghostscript Lite 8.61 successful.Then I install the latest version(4.0.0.568).

I get the following error at the end of the setup process(when install the printer driver)

Window title is: Printer
Invalid arguments (or parameter?)

After clicking OK, another error occurs:

(Error: 0x00000705)Windows cann't find the proper printer driver.Please contact your administartor to get the proper printer driver.
[OK]

Then the setup finishes and opens the printer window, but there is no PDF printer to see.

Somebody has the same problem with me?

Maybe because I have a HP D2468 jet printer installed?

Still not work!!

I refer to the item Jacob telled.But get the same result.

1.I renamed the INFCACHE.1 to INFACHE.1.OLD
2.Run version 4 setup again(And the setup program downloaded and installed Ghostscript 8.61)
3.At the end of produce,the same error occured.
4.I tried to add a printer manual.
1)Control Panel->Printer->Add a new printer->Local Printer,I can select the BULLZIP(BullZip PDF Printer port).
2)From Windows Update,I can add a 'Amyuni Document Converter 300' printer.
3)But when I tried to print a file I got a error 'Printer not activated.error code -41'
4)So I deleted the Amyuni and add a Lexmark C530 PS3(the has no C510 PS).But the proess of adding printer could not finish.I had to finished it via task manager.

So,I failed to install the PDF Printer at all.
Help~~

You can try to run the setup program with the /LOG=C:\mylog.txt to produce an installer log file. When you have that, you can post the result here.

Please try to run the following two command lines from the log file and tell which one of them is causing the error.

Open a command prompt in adninistrative mode and change the folder to your windows\system32.

rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /ia /m "Lexmark C510 PS (MS)" /f "D:\Windows\inf\ntprint.inf" /u

and

rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /if /b "Bullzip PDF Printer" /f "D:\Windows\inf\ntprint.inf" /r "BULLZIP" /m "Lexmark C510 PS (MS)" /z

Dear sir,

I tried the 2 commands.
The first one cause the error 'Invalid arguments' and the second one cause the error '(Error: 0x00000705)Windows cann't find the proper printer driver.Please contact your administartor to get the proper printer driver'.

Update:

The error 0x00000705 can be caused by a missing driver. The printer setup program installs the driver for a "HP LaserJet 8150 PS" on Windows Vista. If this driver is missing on the Vista installation then the printer setup will fail. In a normal Vista installation this driver is present but in case the operating system was installed using a tool like vlite, then the driver may have been deselected during installation of Vista.

Thanks for remember this ticket.
In fact I never use tool like vlite to reduce my Vista.And There has the printer driver named 'HP LaserJet 8150 PS' in my system.
I tried the lastest version 6.0.0.702 today.It do work! Thank you!
