problems with utf8

hello,
i would like to thank you for this program.
But i need to put both Czech and Icelandic characters from access to mysql, but i cannot because there is no choice for utf8.
When i saved dumb file, it it incorrect in one of those languages according to windows settings.
Will you plan to make some new release with utf8 choice.

I'm working on a new version, which will hope fully support this. There is no estimate of when this will be available. Sorry
