BullZip & Microsoft Shared Fax

I'm unable to print with BullZip when set up for Microsoft Shared Fax on Windows 2000 server. I have it setup to print on the "Microsoft Shared Fax Service Manager" in "Incoming Methods". Any ideas? Thanks

PDF File Name: <desktop>\<basedocname>.pdf
Confirm Overwrite: unchecked
Remember Last File Name: unchecked
Remember Last Folder: unchecked
Show PDF: No
Save As Dialog: Never
PDF Settings Dialog: Never

It wants to save it as the current file location (file being converted) + file destination + file name. Which is way too long of a file name to save.

Any help would be great.

Here's an example of what it's trying to save it as but can't, so the BullZip Create PDF window opens, to save it as something else...

"C:\Documents and Settings\Default User\Desktop\C__Documents and Settings_All Users_Application Data_Microsoft_Shared Fax_Queue_1C8D0B0AFF80E.tif.pdf"

Hi there,

Were you ever able to get this to work? I am trying to use Bullzip PDF Printer as the default printer in shared fax on a Microsoft SBS 2003 and i am having no luck. It appears that the shared fax service uses the NETWORK SERVICE as that actual 'user' that initiates the print to Bullzip command. I have looked in the event logs and see an event that the NETWORK SERVICE submits a print job to Bullzip but no PDF is generated. I can successfully use Bullzip on the server as a logged in user but not as an automated process. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I am also having the same problem as you. I try to use Microsoft Shared Fax as a [url="http://www.voipreview.org/small-business-internet-fax"]Small Business Internet Fax[/url] for my company and I can't print with BullZip. Have you found a solution to your problem yet?
