CAD line variance when printing to pdf.

When I print to the Bullzip pdf printer, a large portion of the drawing lines come out as a faded gray, while the remaining lines are the typical bold black. I know the lines are identical in properties in the CAD drawing, though are on different layers. Within each layer though, the lines vary between the two colors and intensity. What's happening? I've tried various preference settings without success.

Just wanted to let other users know that the problem was solved when you changed the DPI setting to 72.
