Navision NAS and Bullzip problem

Post by gintuoklis »

Hello,
I’ve been trying to print PDF documents using BullzipPDF printer with NAS. Software is installed on Windows 2003 Server (x64). User, who’s launching NAS server, is local admin on that computer. In event viewer I got error in picture bellow.

If I run codeunit without NAS(just pressing Ctrl+R) everything works fine.
I’ve tried to get same error on other computer and I failed. NAS printing successfully.
Do you have any ideas?

Hi,

Have you tried to log in to Windows interactively as Administrator and run the codeunit?

It would probably be a good idea to try to run the codeunit using the ExpandIT Launch Utility instead of the NAS. With that you can setup specific ZUP files and user logins. That may affect the printing process since some of the NAV printer information and page setup is stored in the ZUP file.

Yes we did try to run it as Administrator. And no luck.

Using other application instead of NAS could work, but it is not an option.

Out of curiosity, why is that not an option?
