Can MergePDF.exe linearize?

I am using mergepdf.exe to combine two existing linearized pdf files but the resulting pdf is not linearized. Is there any way that this can be accomplished?

I have just created a new one for you that can do that.

Just add the linearize command line switch and your output will be linearized
