Bullzip PDF only prints the first page

I was having some trouble with my bullzip pdf printer.
I had been running an older version of bullzip (3.0.0.2XX) and decided to upgrade to the new version.
I have upgraded to the latest version of ghostscript as well.

For some reason, whenever I print a document only the first page is created in the pdf. Regardless of how many pages I print only the first page appears on the pdf that is created.
Anybody seen this before, or have a solution?

I also have this problem aswell. I am currently using the latest Bullzip as of January 19th, 2010.
Can an admin give us a hand as to helping figure out why its cutting out? or privately message/email me?
