Devices and Printers and Excel will not work

I have a Windows 7 Pro desktop computer. For several months now, I have had issues with Devices and Printers, Excel, Open Office, and several other programs suddenly stopping. I have worked extensively with Microsoft, to include reloading my computer from scratch twice (which works for a short while) I have narrowed it down to an issue with the print spooler which only occurs when BullZip PDF Printer is installed. If I either disable the print spooler or uninstall BullZip PDF Printer, all work well again. This has been happening since May, so I suspect there is some conflict between BullZip and a Microsoft "update." I have tried updating the version of BullZip, but this did not make any difference. Additionally, when I now install BullZip, it does not show up under Devices and Printers.

We haven't heard about this problem before. What are the other printers on your system?
