Installation Error

I got the following error during installation. (Windows 7 and Internet 9)

c:\Program Files\Bullzip\PDF Printer\gui.exe
An error occured while trying to replace the existing file:
DeleteFile failed; code 5.
Access is denied

Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not recommended), or Abort to cancel installation.

I tried "retry" then proceed with Ignore. It finished the installation but get the following error message when printing:

An error occurred.

Error 1005: Unable to locate Ghostscript installation.

Any help is appreciated.

Make sure that gui.exe is not running in the background. I suggest that you make a clean reboot of your system and rerun the installation program as the first thing you do after you have logged in.
