PDF Print opens Roxio setup dialog

I just installed the most recent Ghostscript 8.54 and Bullzip PDF printer 3.0.0.133 on Windows Vista Home Premium. Every time I print a PDF a dialog box pops up which says "Please wait while Windows configures ROXIO MyDVD DE". I have tried to allow the config to complete -- but it just hangs. When I cancel the dialog box the PDF print window will open normally and print a PDF fine.

This could very well be a problem with Roxio (as it has many problems).

Anyone else with similar problems or solutions?

I ran into the same problem with Bullzip PDF printer and Windows Vista Business. I get the same issue with Roxio MyDVD DE.

Which version of ROXIO's products are you using?

I see the same problem, also on a Dell with Vista Integral (equivalent to Ultimate in English I think).

I am printing to BullZip from OpenOffice 2.x and the only way out is to cancel the Roxio install.

Roxio version is:
Roxio Creator DE
Version : 9.0.116
Build : 901B16M, DL2

Do you have 32 or 64 bit computers?

My computer is Dell Dimension 9200 with Intel Core2 6300 using the 32 bit version of Vista.

Hi,

The latest version might fix this problem. Please try it and give me a quick status report ;-)

Hi Jacob,

Just tried it out, but I still see the same problem. Just had a thought, maybe I need to restart the machine - will give this a go later and let you know if this does the trick.
