I'm running BullZip pdf on Vista Business. Even though I set the Output, the GUI still pops up prompting me for a path. It shows the path that I specified, but I don't want the GUI to show at all. What am I doing wrong? The settings.ini file is in c:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\BullZip\PDF Printer\settings.ini

Use the settings ShowSaveAS and ShowSettings described in the documentation. Follow the link below.
