Installation Problem on Windows 2003 Citrix Server

Post by petervdb »

Hi,

I have installed the latest version on my desktop without problems.
When I install the Bullzip PDF Printer (3.0.0.186) on an Windows 2003 Server with Citrix 4 installed on it, I get the following error message:

The specified port is unknown.

Same problem over here. But the installation on two other citrix servers was ok. It only occurs on 1 server.

I use the latest version of bullzip and ghostscript.

Hi,

I have been able to resolve that problem.
Unfortunately I am not able te remember correctly how I did it. :(

Have you tried installing it when logged on the Console?

No i've only tried to install it from a RDP or Citrix client.

I'm gonna try to install it from the console now.

I'll try to incorporate this into the setup program if it detects the Citrix Print Manager service (CpSvc.exe).

Jacob
