New Install - Error Occured - Scripting.Filesystemobject

I've been using Bullzip Access To MySQL for many years. I suffered a PC crash and had to start again with a fresh install of Windows 7.

When I try to run "Access To MySQL" I receive an error message

An error occurred while trying to create an object of type
'Scripting.Filesystemobject'
Error: 432 (ox1b0)
Reason: File name or class name not found during Automation operation

Then I click on OK

Error in function 'Form_Load'
Error 1000 (0x3E8)
Reason: Dependency check failed

Program will now exit

Version 5.5.282


I've installed various different versions of the converter with same error. I've tried to run various Visual Basic run times with no success.

Windows 7 Professional, fully patched
Ms Access to MYSQL version 5.5.282
MySQL ODBC driver 5.01.13.00
