Cannot cancel SaveAs Dialog

Hello,

I am using the following settings in runonce.ini

ConfirmOverWrite=yes
Output=sOutputValue
ShowPDF=yes
ShowSaveAs=always
ShowSettings=never

If the pdf file already exists, a dialog with the 'overwrite question' appears.
Selecting 'No' returns to the 'SaveAs' Dialog.

At this point I cannot cancel the 'SaveAs' Dialog.
Pressing the cancel button always shows the dialog with the 'overwrite question' again. There is a loop between these two dialogs.

Any suggestions?
