Bullzip PDF Printer launches Windows Installer

When I run Bullzip PDF Printer, either by printing to the Bullzip printer or by running gui.exe directly, I get an installer window, which indicates it is installing "TurboTax ItsDeductible 2006". Clicking "cancel" in this installer window, and in several related windows which pop up in sequence, then results in Bullzip running norally - either printing or displaying the options window depending on how I start it.

What's going on? This is on Windows XP Professional

I got the same problem, except the Installer try to install another application.

Any solution? I'm using the latest version 5.0.0.590.

Thanks
Bent

When I open the Options application, the Windows Installer try to install Microsoft Office XP Professionel (it's already installed and working normally). When I cancel the installation, the installer restart and I have to cancel 3 times before the Options application windows open. When I print, the same happens, 3 times cancel before the Create PDF windows appears.

This has been observed before but I cannot reproduce the behavior. Was your Office upgraded from an earlier version? Have you had Microsoft Works installed on your system?

The answers to your questions is no and no. Office was installed when I got my laptop 6 years ago and updated monthly through Microsoft Update and I have not had MS Works installed.

I have had BullZip PDF installed in an earlier version without this problem, but I cannot remember which version. So maybe it's a combination between my Windows XP SP2 Danish edition and BullZip and the other applications on the laptop.

Can I help debug the problem? Please tell me what I can do to provide you with more information to solve the problem.
