problem using the bullzip pdf printer as a network printer

I have Bullzip PDF Printer 3.0.0.352 installed with GhostScript 8.60. The printer is shared as a network printer. I am able print to the network printer successfully when logged in as an Administrator on any machine in the network. However if a user who is not an administrator prints to bullzip a .PS file is created in the C:\WINNT\Temp\BullZip\PDF Printer\ directory however no pdf ends up in the directory specified for output.

This seems to be a permission issue, just based on the fact that it works fine for Administrators. Please some direction on how to solve this issue would be much appreciated.

Yeah I have the exact same problem except i'm using the latest 4.0 beta.

There's a .PS file in C:\windows\temp\Bullzip\PDF Printer\ but nothing will be moved to the location specified.
