Program wont start

Hello

Am a first time user of your program here. The installation went well, but when I start the program, I get the following error:

Error 429 (0x1AD)
Reason: Error creating object: Scripting.Dictionary
Debug information: initializing

Version 3.0.66

Please point me in the right direction. I have Win XP Pro. SP2

The latest beta version 6.0.0.641 has removed the dependency of the scripting.dictionary.
