Bullzip PDF Printer Installation Removes HP Printer

We started using BullZip PDF Printer in our application a few months ago. Since then we have had several reports that customer's HP Printer had been deleted immediately after our software installation. At first, we were not sure whether or not it was something else in our software installation that was causing this, but now we are sure that it is BullZip because the customer will only report this behavior if the BullZip PDF Printer is also installed.

Any ideas?

There was a problem in some versions before the 2007-08-24 (3.0.0.313) release. Which version are you using?

Thanks for your reply. I checked the version we are installing.
It is 4.0.0.462

I also just received a notification that a new installation deleted an epson printer on a customer's pc.

After having no problems with my hp printer under xp, I have just installed Bullzip PDF printer on my new Windows 7 PC. It had the effect of putting my hp printer permanently offline. I had to remove the Bullzip PDF printer and reinstall the hp software to make my printer operational.
