I created a pdf from Bullzip to use as a background: with editable/selectable text and in the CMYK color space.
Works fine as a pdf on its own.
Then I used that same file in Bullzip as a Background PDF under the "Merge" tab ... in the resulting pdf, the background editable CMYK text is no longer editable and has been converted to RGB color space
I've tried others and confirmed: all backgrounds have text changed to images and all elements changed from CMYK to RGB.
This is very frustrating as the Background PDF feature isn't able to do the same as the Adobe Acrobat Background feature (which retains the background file as a regular pdf and doesn't change the color space)...
I cannot find a solution in the forum or any help documentation.
Is there a plan to fix this problem in this otherwise brilliant PDF software?
