Printing Several Pages On One - Right Side Up

Hi - I am trying to combine multiple pages of a pdf (most of the time just two pages) onto one page via printing the pdf file using BullZip pdf printer. I can get it to put two pages on one by setting Page Scaling to Multiple Pages Per Sheet, Setting Page Order to Vertical, and then clicking on Auto Rotate Pages. The pages are combined but they are upside down. If I change to Landscape I get the pages combined but sideways. Is there any way to get them printed right side up, on one page, one after the other? If I set Page Order to Horizontal to have them side by side, the pages show up side ways on the screen. Before I tried BullZip I tried another pdf printer with the same results which makes me think it's an Adobe thing. Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi - Thanks for your reply. I'm trying to print from Adobe Reader. I'm sorry that I didn't mention that. I'm trying to combine pages that I've scanned as pdf files.
