I've recently switched to using BullZip PDF printer from CutePDF, since BullZip gives me more control over the resulting PDF. The switch worked well on my home PC (Windows XP Home), but here at work I never get prompted with the dialog box asking for the new PDF's location and name. I never get any error messages, and I see the printer icon appear briefly in the system tray, but never a prompt for a file name.
I'm using the BullZip PDF printer v5.0.0.609, and Ghostscript v8.63. I've tried this with the GS Lite package as well, and also with an older version of GS. In addition, CutePDF no longer works if I reinstall it. Based on this, I suspect the problem is with GS, but I don't know where to go from here. Any thoughts?

Before we start debugging I'll suggest that you try the latest version.

Oops! I thought I had the latest, I'm sure I just downloaded it a couple weeks ago.
I've tried v 6.0.0.695 - same problem. The first time that I tried it, my Comodo firewall asked me if I wanted to allow gui.exe to run, which I said "yes" to, so I know something's happening. But all I see is the printer icon appearing, then disappearing after a second or so.
I've tried installing both the PDF printer and Ghostscript without my antivirus or firewall running, same issue.
