MEM_BAD_POINTER error Kicks you out of GP

Hi, I downloaded Bullzip to print PDF files for Microsoft GP V10.0. To make the long story short, when I try to print PDFs in GP I get an error message stating "MEM_BAD_POINTER". I was wondering if you could tell me how to stop this message from coming up. The PDF is saved to the location but after the error message, it kicks you out of Microsoft Great Plains v 10.0. Could you please help me.

I have no idea. Can you print to other printers without problems?

Yes I can print on this server to and turn anything into a PDF and print it. It just within Great Plain version 10 that I try to print some things and I get that error message. Some things I can print and not get that error message but the parts that I do get that error message is consistent because I get that error message everything I try to print the report in GP.
