Output format different from expected

Hi all of you
I have prepared a document that should be printed in the A5 Format. The document is a Word document.
I print it with with Bullzip; in fact I get a PDF output but when I expected a A5 format output I unfortunately get an A4 output but printed only on one column that corresponds to the A5 format as A4=2xA5.

Can you help?
