error occured will direct transfer to mysql database

Hi all
I am converting a huge database from access to mysql , over 514313 records, so when an error happens such as lost database connection, how can i continue and make sure transfer is resumed from the point it was interrupted not from start.that is if 22,000 records are been transferred, when i go back and start the transfer again, it should transfer 22,001th record not first record.
