Unable to print to any format

Hello:

I have just installed the latest version (Bullzip PDF Printer 6.0.0.865) and now am not able to print to any format at all. I was not having a problem with my previous installation of Bullzip. Following message is received regardless of the format I choose to print to:

Error 5: Error launching the command [cmd /c ""C:\Program Files\Bullzip\PDF Printer\gs\gswin32c.exe” @ "C:\Docume~1\Jim\LOCALS~1\Temp\Bullzip\PDF Printer\31b9a0fc-6e00-49f9-b0e6-c9c6ec489060_params.gs"].API error 5 (0X5): Access is denied. Run converter to create PDF file.

I tried installing a second time with first uninstalling both Bullzip and the Ghost Writer file. The results were the same. Both installations were done with the installation file first downloaded and saved to my hard drive.

Windows XP Service Pack 3
Also have Adobe Reader 9 (Could this be the reason?)

I'm having exactly the same trouble. The ..._printer.pdf file and the ..._params.out file are not created and the log file indicates error 5, Access is Denied.

Access to what, exactly?
