I see in the notes you have posted on the website, that there is an entry for disabling impesonation and getting the process to run under the spooler's credentials, but I don't see any documentation on where to set the registry entry. I found something on bioPDF (which seems related to your product some how) that says it can be set here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Printers\PDF Writer - bioPDF.

I tried that, but it didn't work. Can you please let me know where to set it?

Try changing the name of the registry key part named "PDF Writer - bioPDF" to "Bullzip PDF Printer".

That should do the trick.
