License problem

Post installation, during start up of the program an error occurs. The message:
"An error occured in the program. Error 1000. The license expired on 2009-11-22. Please replace the license file C:\Program Files (x86)\Dataceptor\license.xml with a valid license."

According to the licence.xml this is true and I'm unable to work around it.

Any suggestions?
